BA (Hons) and City and Guilds in Furniture Restoration and Craftsmanship. Ba (hons) from Buckinghamshire college, a college of Brunel University.

With a full understanding of Antique furniture and their requirement's, which includes a good knowledge of original methods and materials used, including glue, stain's and staining and polishing.

Focusing on minimum intervention. All necessary requirements to prevent unnecessary damage and devaluing of the Antique Furniture.

I also offer a bespoke picture framing service, making frames to your requirements and artistic needs. I'll matching mounts and frames to interiors.

I can also strip and recolor existing frames to suit, as well as restoring damaged Frames.

Oak table given a new life

A coloured oak table, badly marked, burnt, and stained, is given a new lease on life by stripping it back and removing the marks. It ended up lighter, more natural, and more attractive.

Chess Table

This table was missing one side of its moulding, so I created a replacement to match the others.

Building a Frame

I was asked to build a frame for a customer, and match the colour to his stair bannisters. Here is the process from start to finish (Cutting the glass, arranging the frame, applying the stain, and the finished piece).
